Tres Leches Cake

   Bake boxed cake according to the package. Set aside and allow to cool.

   Add all milk ingredients together and whisk until smooth and combined.

   Once cake is cooled, take a toothpick and poke holes in the cake.

   Pour milk mixture over the cake. I usually leave 1/4 cup of the milk behind. For a drier cake leave more milk behind, for a wetter cake use all.

   In a stand mixer add all the ingredients together and mix on high until it gets thick. Do not over mix otherwise you will have butter.

   Spread your whipped cream over the top of the cake and sprinkle cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
